All our orders require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of the order. We will be taking your measurements (bust, waist and hips) at the same time unless you prefer them to be taken on a later date. The rest of the purchase price will be payable when your dress is finished and handed to you approximately two or three months before your specified wedding date (2-3 weeks for Express  Service orders), that we take at the time of the order. You will then be booked in to have a fitting.

Please note that your dress will be made according to the chosen style and using European sizes with your measurements as guidance. Any style and lengths alterations you may find necessary and desirable can be made after the first fitting. We are more than happy to assist with our advice regarding the alterations; however, we may not be held responsible for the work performed by other tailors. Alterations made by our tailor team will need to be paid for prior to collecting your dress. You are encouraged to discuss potential costs and fitting process at the time of the order.

Alteration costs with our in-house tailor team range from £50-£300 Please note that this is a guideline and you will be advised if your alterations may exceed the price range. We aim to have at least two alteration appointments with our in-house tailor and yourself, however if you require additional appointments (more than the first complimentary two), each further tailor appointment is then chargeable of an additional £50 that will be added to the final price of your alterations. Please note that we only accept cards (except for American Express) and bank transfer as a payment method.

Please note that the ordered gown or accessory may slightly vary in colour from the in-store sample. This applies to all fabrics, beading and any other trimmings, decorations or embellishments. Depending on the size of your gown the placement of any embroidery or applique might also vary to keep the design proportionate.

By placing your order and signing the Service Agreement, we require that you confirm having read and accepted the Ingrida Bridal Terms and Conditions.

All of our gowns are hand-made using the finest fabrics and materials of modern French and Italian lace, silk and tulle and embellished with Swarovski crystal detailing.

We also offer a bespoke made-to-measure service where you and Ingrida Bridal designer create your dream gown together. The production time is Three to six months and the whole process is split into at least three fittings. The concept of the gown will be worked out during your first appointment with one of our sales assistants. They will attentively record all of the details discussed, take your measurements and pass this information to the designer who will then put all of it together to create the unique design of your gown. The sketch of the design will shortly be sent to you along with the estimated order price, and if you are satisfied with both, we can proceed with the production of your gown. Please note that this service starts at £300 upwards depending on the design, as well as the amount and type of fabrics and decorations used. All orders will be charged in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.

We always encourage our brides to be creative and make their own unique wedding gowns mixing and matching details from different wedding dresses, but please be advised that we charge an additional 10% for any design alterations made. If you are in a hurry we can make your gown within six to eight weeks using our “ Express Service” with extra 20% of the total gown price. Our ready-made and made-to-measure gowns range from £300 to £900.
